What Wifiknight does
With network gear, prices differ by tens of euros from shop to shop and week to week, and almost every model has a successor, a different pack size or a hardware revision that looks the same but is not. Wifiknight puts the prices side by side. Each product has one page with all its versions, such as a 2-pack or a 3-pack, an EU or a UK plug, or hardware version v1 or v2, each with its own EAN code or the manufacturer’s model number.
A price belongs to exactly one version: we never compare a 2-pack with a 3-pack, or a device you buy with a rental modem or contract supplied by a provider. Provider-supplied rental modems, contracts, refurbished and second-hand devices are not shown. We only show shop prices once we have checked them for the exact version; if the version is ambiguous, we show no price rather than guess.

Wifiknight doesn’t sell anything and isn’t affiliated with the brands on this site. We use brand names to describe what is in the catalogue, not to suggest a partnership.
If Wifiknight later earns money from links to shops or from advertising, this will be stated clearly next to the link or placement concerned. The order of products and prices is not for sale.
Not a test lab
We don’t test devices ourselves. We show what the manufacturer states, such as the wifi standard, the speed class, the number of ports and their speed, the coverage and the frequency bands. A speed class such as AX3000 is a theoretical combined maximum of all bands, not a speed you will measure, and real speeds depend on your home, your internet connection and your devices; we never promise a speed.
